The following year Tom went on to release his platinum-selling first full length studio album, Long Way Down, which went straight to number one in the UK charts. In his career to date, Tom has also won an Ivor Novello award for Songwriter of the Year, and supported legendary musicians such as Elton John and Billy Joel.

We've supported Tom since he burst onto the music scene in 2012 and he's become a regular fixture on our playlist as well as a firm favourite with listeners.”

Tom Odell said: “I listened to a lot of In Concerts growing up and I’m so honoured to be playing one for BBC Radio 2 this year, especially at the prestigious Maida Vale Studios, where so many of my heroes have performed.”
